Installation
Our team will install up to 300 lineal feet per day. This is about three times faster than conventional masonry.

Based upon engineering designs, the caissons (footers) are constructed first. A hollow-cored column is placed over the rebar, and the panels are lifted and set into place. Once the wall is straight and level, concrete is poured into the column cores, locking the wall into place. The columns are then capped, and the wall is ready for staining.

Our professional stain and paint team "faux finishes" the wall to look like the surrounding architectural plan.
